Texas High School Soccer - Byron Nelson knocks off Andress
January 14, 2023: Trophy Club, TX 76262 Byron Nelson Bobcat (Trophy Club, TX) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Andress Eagles (El Paso, TX), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcat confront the Flower Mound Jaguars (Flower Mound, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Byron Nelson will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
The Eagles now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host El Paso for a 5A Region 1 District 1 challenge on Saturday, January 21. Andress will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-1.
