January 14, 2023: Montgomery, TX 77356 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) and the host Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX), saw George Ranch's soccer squad beat Montgomery by a count of 4-0.
The Longhorns now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Fort Bend Austin for a 6A Region 3 District 20 test on Tuesday, January 17. George Ranch will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Westside (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Montgomery drops to 0-6 on the season. The Bears travel to Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-3. Trimble Tech lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX)
