January 14, 2023: Laredo, TX 78045 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Reagan Rattlers (San Antonio, TX) and the host United Longhorns (Laredo, TX), saw Reagan's soccer squad triumph over United by a margin of 6-0.
The Rattlers now sport a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Marshall for a 6A Region 4 District 28 test on Friday, January 20. Reagan will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Clark (San Antonio, TX). The Rams record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, United drops to 0-5 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Uvalde (Uvalde, TX) to encounter the Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) come into the test with a record of 7-2. Uvalde won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Jones (Beeville, TX)
