Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Winchester Community Golden Falcons (Winchester, IN) and the visiting Blackford Bruins (Hartford City, IN), saw Winchester Community's basketball squad overcome Blackford by a tally of 65-53.

With the victory, Winchester Community improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Golden Falcons travel to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN) to confront the Panthers in a challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Knightstown lost 45-17 in their recent league challenge against Northeastern (Fountain City, IN)

Next up, the Bruins confront the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Blackford will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 41-31 non-league loss to Shenandoah (Middletown, IN).
