New York High School Ice Hockey - Mt. Pleasant drops to Greeley
January 14, 2024: Chappaqua, NY 10514 In Sunday's non-league test, the host Greeley Quakers ice hockey team scored a good 11-3 win over the Mt. Pleasant Ice Cats .
The Quakers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against John Jay (Cross River, NY). The Wolves enter the League B test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, John Jay was trounced by Joel Barlow (Redding, CT), 6-1, in a non-league test.
Next up, the Ice Cats encounter the Rye Town/Harrison Titans (Rye, NY) in a League C test, on Tuesday, January 16. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Titans enter the test with a 9-0 record after their 3-1 league win over North Rockland (Thiells, NY).
