In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Adair County Indians basketball team scored a close 63-58 triumph over the Southwestern Warriors.

The Indians (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Marion County (Lebanon, KY). The Knights go into the District 20 contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Marion County was tipped by Hart County (Munfordville, KY), 68-60, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Southwestern will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Lakers go into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 85-63 non-league win over Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY).
