New York High School Basketball - Greenwich crushes Berlin/New Lebanon
January 14, 2025: Berlin, NY 12022 The Greenwich Witches (Greenwich, NY) basketball crushed the host Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions (Berlin, NY), 72-32 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Witches now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Tamarac for a Section 2 Wasaren - A bout on Friday, January 17. Greenwich will play a Bengals team coming off a 53-26 league win over Cambridge (Cambridge, NY). The Bengals record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Berlin/New Lebanon falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Hawthorne Valley (Ghent, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Hawthorne Valley won 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Hartford Central (Hartford, NY)
