California High School Basketball - Oakmont victorious over Center

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Oakmont Vikings basketball team scored a good 69-54 triumph over the Center Cougars.

The Vikings (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bear River (Grass Valley, CA). The Bruins go into the Pioneer Valley League contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Bear River was topped by Lincoln (Lincoln, CA), 66-50, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League contest, on Friday, January 17. Center will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 65-51 league loss to Marysville (Marysville, CA).
