Esko Eskomos (Esko, MN) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN), 65-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Esko advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Eskomos travel to Barnum (Barnum, MN) to meet the Bombers in a AA Section 7 match on Friday, January 17. The Bombers enter the match with a record of 9-3.

The Hunters now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Princeton for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Denfeld will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 88-64 non-league win over Milaca (Milaca, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 9-7.
