With the victory, Ouachita Christian upgrades its record to 17-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Glenbrook (Minden, LA) to face the Apaches in a non-league match on Thursday, January 16. The Apaches enter the match with a record of 0-6. Glenbrook lost 51-24 in their recent non-league match against Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA)
The Tigers now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rayville for a 2A District 2 match on Friday, January 17. Beekman Charter will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 52-25 league loss to Oak Grove (Oak Grove, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 2-9.
