Missouri High School Basketball - Centralia overwhelms Hannibal
January 14, 2025: Centralia, MO 65240 The Centralia Panthers basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Hannibal Pirates to 27 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palmyra for a Clarence Cannon game on Friday, January 17. Centralia will play a Panthers team coming off a 61-51 non-league win over Kirksville (Kirksville, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Hannibal falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Kirksville (Kirksville, MO) to play the Tigers in a North Central Missouri game on Friday, January 17. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 7-6. Kirksville lost 61-51 in their recent non-league game against Palmyra (Palmyra, MO)
