January 14, 2025: Blanchard, MI 49310 The Montabella Mustangs (Blanchard, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Hesperia Panthers (Hesperia, MI), 66-17 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 15. Montabella will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-38 league loss to Reed City (Reed City, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-7.
The Panthers (0-8) will now prepare for their outing against Mason County Central (Scottville, MI). The Spartans enter the Western Michigan - Other outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Mason County Central was overwhelmed by Ludington (Ludington, MI), 46-33, in a non-league outing.
