January 14, 2025: Belen, NM 87002 The Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM), 52-26 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Gallup for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. Belen will play a Bengals team coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Bengals record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Menaul falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Oak Grove Classical Academy lost 64-51 in their recent non-league bout against Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM)
