North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Vincennes Rivet Patriots (Vincennes, IN), 76-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Central upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Riverton Parke lost 58-29 in their recent non-league bout against Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN)

Next up, the Patriots play the Shoals Jug Rox (Shoals, IN) in a Blue Chip bout, on Friday, February 11. Vincennes Rivet will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
