Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) and the host San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA), saw Laguna Creek's basketball squad overcome San Joaquin Memorial by a tally of 66-49.

With the victory, Laguna Creek improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Millennium (Goodyear, AZ) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 17. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Millennium lost 69-43 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary's (Stockton, CA)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Lincoln Trojans (Stockton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 17. San Joaquin Memorial will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 54-25 league win over Lodi (Lodi, CA).
