Indiana High School Basketball - Lighthouse Christian Academy ripped by Shakamak
January 15, 2022: Jasonville, IN 47438 The Shakamak Lakers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions to 6 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lakers now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern Greene for a Southwestern Indiana contest on Thursday, January 20. Shakamak will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 37-23 non-league loss to Greenwood (Greenwood, IN). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 15-4.
The Lions (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Seven Oaks Classical (Ellettsville, IN). The Firehawks enter the Southern Roads contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Seven Oaks Classical was routed by Dugger Union (Dugger, IN), 56-16, in a league contest.
