January 15, 2022: Little Silver, NJ 07739 The Red Bank Regional Bucs basketball team (Little Silver, NJ), was toppled 47-37 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ)
The Purple Roses now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manasquan for a Shore A - Central battle on Tuesday, January 18. St. Rose will battle a Warriors team coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.
The Bucs (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ). The Lancers enter the Shore B - North contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, St. John-Vianney ran past Dunmore (Dunmore, PA), 69-46, in a non-league contest.
