Delaware High School Basketball - Smyrna can't hold off Seaford
January 15, 2022: Smyrna, DE 19977 The Seaford Bluejays basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the host Smyrna Eagles to 40 in the Bluejays non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bluejays now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Indian River for a Henlopen - Southern contest on Tuesday, January 18.
The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Milford (Milford, DE). The Buccaneers come into the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Milford was nudged by Dover (Dover, DE), 47-19, in a league contest.
