New York High School Basketball - Bishop Ludden crushes Notre Dame
January 15, 2023: Utica, NY 13502 Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights (Syracuse, NY) backers were pleased Sunday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Notre Dame Jugglers (Utica, NY), 66-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Ludden upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Gaelic Knights travel to Bishop Grimes (East Syracuse, NY) to play the Cobras in a Section 3 Onondaga - Liberty Central bout on Friday, January 20. The Cobras come into the bout with a record of 8-3. Bishop Grimes lost 62-56 in their recent league bout against Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, NY)
Next up, the Jugglers play the Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) in a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Notre Dame will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Black Knights enter the game with a 5-7 record after their 95-80 league win over Oneida (Oneida, NY).
