California High School Basketball - St. Joseph edges Branson

The St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA) basketball nipped the host Branson Bulls (Ross, CA), 69-66 in Monday's non-league test.

The Knights (16-2) will now prepare for their test against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Bartlett got by Eagle River (Eagle River, AK), 73-64, in a league test.

The Bulls now own a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tamalpais for a Marin County battle on Wednesday, January 17. Branson will confront a Red Tailed Hawks team coming off a 62-43 non-league win over San Rafael (San Rafael, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks record now stands at 11-4.
