Washington High School Basketball - Concrete holds off Concordia Christian Academy
January 15, 2024: Concrete, WA 98237 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Concrete Lions (Concrete, WA) and the visiting Concordia Christian Academy Hawks (Tacoma, WA), saw Concrete's basketball squad hold off Concordia Christian Academy by a tally of 64-58.
With the victory, Concrete improves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA) to confront the Wolverines in a 1B/2B Northwest challenge on Friday, January 19. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Friday Harbor lost 46-41 in their recent league challenge against Mount Vernon Christian (Mount Vernon, WA)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings (Auburn, WA) in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac challenge, on Monday, January 22. Concordia Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record.
