New Jersey High School Basketball - Hackensack can't hold off Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology
January 15, 2024: Hackensack, NJ 07601 The Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Hackensack Comets to 68 in the Lions non-league victory on Monday.
The Lions now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garfield for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 17. Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology will battle a Boilermakers team coming off a 58-50 non-league loss to West Milford (West Milford, NJ). The Boilermakers record now stands at 7-6.
The Comets (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ). The Raiders come into the Big North - National contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Ramapo was nudged by College Achieve (Asbury Park, NJ), 52-42, in a non-league contest.
