January 15, 2024: Highmore, SD 57345 The James Valley Christian Vikings basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Highmore/Harrold Pirates to 46 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wessington Springs for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. James Valley Christian will meet a Spartans team coming off a 71-19 non-league win over Sunshine Bible Academy (Miller, SD). The Spartans record now stands at 7-1.
The Pirates (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sunshine Bible Academy (Miller, SD). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Sunshine Bible Academy was nudged by Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD), 71-19, in a non-league contest.
