Washington High School Basketball - Union knocked off by Nooksack Valley
January 15, 2024: Everson, WA 98247 The Nooksack Valley Pioneers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Union Titans to 41 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Pioneers now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meridian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Tuesday, January 16. Nooksack Valley will meet a Trojans team coming off a 71-30 league loss to Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
The Titans (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Vancouver, WA). The Timberwolves enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Heritage was defeated by Skyview (Vancouver, WA), 60-28, in a non-league contest.
