January 15, 2024: Beulaville, NC 28518 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) and the visiting Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC), saw East Duplin's basketball squad overcome Swansboro by a tally of 36-17.
With the victory, East Duplin improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC) to confront the Blue Devils in a challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-10. South Lenoir lost 25-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Kinston (Kinston, NC)
Next up, the Pirates confront the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Swansboro will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
