The Jefferson Area Falcons basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Pymatuning Valley Lakers to 60 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Falcons now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Edgewood for a Chagrin Valley - Lake game on Friday, January 17. Jefferson Area will play a Warriors team coming off a 79-72 non-league loss to Perry (Perry, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 4-8.
