January 15, 2025: Pisgah, AL 35765 Pisgah Eagles (Pisgah, AL) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Woodville Panthers (Woodville, AL), 74-42 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pisgah advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL) to face the Bison in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Bison enter the match with a record of 10-10. North Sand Mountain won 75-69 in their recent non-league match against Pisgah (Pisgah, AL)
The Panthers now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Head for a 1A Area 16 match on Friday, January 17. Woodville will face a Tigers squad coming off a 64-58 non-league loss to Crossville (Crossville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-17.
