The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks walloped the host Canyon Springs Pioneers flag football team by a score of 47-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Diamondbacks play the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a 5A Southern challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Desert Oasis will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record. The Skyhawks go into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 20-13 league win over Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV).

The Pioneers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Chargers go into the 4A Desert challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last challenge, Clark bounced Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV), 33-6, in a league challenge.
