January 15, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549 Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), 54-44 in a league match.
With the victory, Acalanes upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Dons host Alhambra (Martinez, CA) to face the Bulldogs in a match on Wednesday, January 22. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-10.
The Broncos now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College Park for a match on Friday, January 17. Northgate will face a Falcons squad coming off a 60-17 league win over Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 12-5.
