Washington High School Basketball - Silas thwarts Capital
January 15, 2025: Tacoma, WA 98406 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Silas Rams (Tacoma, WA) and the visiting Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA), observed Silas's basketball team knock off Capital by a score of 63-47.
The Rams (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakes (Lakewood, WA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Lakes was knocked off by Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA), 65-59, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Mount Tahoma T-Birds (Tacoma, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Capital will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The T-Birds come into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 55-44 non-league loss to Timberline (Lacey, WA).
