Florida High School Basketball - Somerset Academy holds off Dade Christian
January 15, 2025: Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Somerset Academy Panthers basketball team scored a close 52-50 triumph over the Dade Christian Warriors.
The Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, NSU University nipped David Posnack Jewish Day (Davie, FL), 47-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Gulliver Prep Raiders (Miami, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Dade Christian will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record.
