Maryland High School Basketball - Towson can't get by Kenwood
January 15, 2025: Towson, MD 21286 Kenwood Bluebirds (Baltimore, MD) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Towson Generals (Towson, MD), 59-55 in a league match.
With the victory, Kenwood advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Bluebirds host Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD) to meet the Golden Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a record of 1-2.
The Generals now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owings Mills for a match on Friday, January 17. Towson will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 54-38 non-league loss to Franklin (Reisterstown, MD). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
