The Bishop Grimes Cobras basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Seton Catholic Central Saints to 65 in the Cobras non-league victory on Monday.

The Cobras now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Ludden for a Section 3 Onondaga - Liberty Central contest on Friday, January 20. Bishop Grimes will battle a Gaelic Knights team coming off a 66-43 non-league win over Notre Dame (Utica, NY). The Gaelic Knights record now stands at 5-8.

The Saints (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Oneonta (Oneonta, NY). The Yellowjackets come into the Section 4 Southern Tier - East contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Oneonta was nudged by Owego Free Academy (Owego, NY), 60-44, in a league contest.
