California High School Basketball - Sacramento Adventist overwhelms Woodland
January 16, 2023: Carmichael, CA 95608 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sacramento Adventist Capitals (Carmichael, CA) and the visiting Woodland Wolves (Woodland, CA), saw Sacramento Adventist's basketball squad wallop Woodland by a tally of 61-35.
With the victory, Sacramento Adventist improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Capitals travel to Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA) to play the Wolves in a Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Western Sierra Collegiate Academy won 62-26 in their recent league challenge against Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA)
Next up, the Wolves play the Pioneer Patriots (Woodland, CA) in a Golden Empire League challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 71-38 league win over Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA).
