Wisconsin High School Basketball - Brookfield East fells Shorewood
January 16, 2023: Brookfield, WI 53005 Brookfield East Spartans (Brookfield, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Shorewood Greyhounds (Shorewood, WI), 63-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brookfield East upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Wauwatosa East (Wauwatosa, WI) to play the Red Raiders in a Greater Metro bout on Friday, January 20. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 7-7.
Next up, the Greyhounds play the Cudahy Packers (Cudahy, WI) in a Woodland - East bout, on Friday, January 20. Shorewood will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Packers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 66-22 league loss to Greenfield (Greenfield, WI).
