January 16, 2023: Dunwoody, GA 30338 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Dunwoody Wildcats (Dunwoody, GA) and the visiting Whitefield Academy WolfPack (Mableton, GA), saw Dunwoody's basketball squad wallop Whitefield Academy by a tally of 62-37.
With the victory, Dunwoody improves its record to 2-13 on the campaign. The Wildcats host South Cobb (Austell, GA) to confront the Eagles in a AAAAAA Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-12. South Cobb lost 50-14 in their recent league challenge against St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the WolfPack confront the Paideia Pythons (Atlanta, GA) in a A D1 Region 6B challenge, on Friday, January 20. Whitefield Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Pythons come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 60-22 non-league win over Drew (Riverdale, GA).
