Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH) and the visiting Middletown Christian Eagles (Franklin, OH), saw Franklin's basketball squad knock off Middletown Christian by a count of 61-49.

With the victory, Franklin upgrades its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Waynesville (Waynesville, OH) to play the Spartans in a Southwestern Buckeye - East challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 14-2. Waynesville won 55-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison (Middletown, OH)
