Iowa High School Basketball - West Delaware thwarts Jesup
January 16, 2023: Manchester, IA 52057 The West Delaware Hawks (Manchester, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA), 64-47 in Monday's non-league test.
The Hawks (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Waverly-Shell Rock (Waverly, IA). The Go-Hawks go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Waverly-Shell Rock notched a victory over New Hampton (New Hampton, IA), 71-37, in a league test.
The J-Hawks now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Sumner-Fredericksburg for a North Iowa Cedar - East test on Tuesday, January 17.
