January 16, 2023: Madison, SD 57042 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD) and the host Madison Bulldogs (Madison, SD), saw Beresford's basketball squad hold off Madison by a tally of 33-26.
With the victory, Beresford improves its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Watchdogs host Canton (Canton, SD) to confront the C-Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. The C-Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers (Sioux Falls, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Madison will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 56-13 non-league win over Garretson (Garretson, SD).
