New Jersey High School Ice Hockey - West Essex can't get by Morristown-Beard
January 16, 2023: North Caldwell, NJ 07006 Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ) followers left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team nip the host West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ), 6-5 in a non-league match.
The Crimson (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ). The Ironmen enter the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Don Bosco Prep tipped Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ), 3-2, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Knights clash with the Verona Hillbillies (Verona, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 19. West Essex will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Hillbillies enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ).
