Ohio High School Basketball - Aurora fells Crestwood
January 16, 2024: Aurora, OH 44202 Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Crestwood Red Devils (Mantua, OH), 64-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Aurora upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Greenmen host Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a Suburban - American bout on Thursday, January 18. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Tallmadge lost 69-63 in their recent non-league bout against Jackson (Massillon, OH)
Next up, the Red Devils play the Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Valley bout, on Friday, January 19. Crestwood will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 64-61 league loss to Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH).
