New Mexico High School Basketball - Clayton knocked off by Santa Fe Prep
January 16, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 The Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Clayton Yellowjackets to 54 in the Blue Griffins non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Griffins now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Socorro for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20.
The Yellowjackets (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Des Moines (Des Moines, NM). The Demons enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Des Moines ran past Raton (Raton, NM), 62-52, in a non-league contest.
