Kansas High School Basketball - Northeast knocked off by Galena
January 16, 2024: Arma, KS 66712 The Galena Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Northeast Vikings to 49 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Galena will meet a Titans team coming off a 50-42 non-league loss to Baxter Springs (Baxter Springs, KS). The Titans record now stands at 3-4.
The Vikings (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Crest (Colony, KS). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Crest ran past Humboldt (Humboldt, KS), 44-27, in a non-league contest.
