New York High School Basketball - Edison Tech nudges Wayne
January 16, 2024: Ontario Center, NY 14520 Edison Tech Inventors (Rochester, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY), 66-64 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Edison Tech upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Inventors host Franklin (Rochester, NY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Penn Yan Academy Mustangs (Penn Yan, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout, on Friday, January 19. Wayne will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 54-46 league loss to Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY).
