Wisconsin High School Basketball - Hudson holds off McDonell Central
January 16, 2024: Hudson, WI 54016 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hudson Raiders (Hudson, WI) and the visiting McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI), saw Hudson's basketball squad hold off McDonell Central by a tally of 59-58.
With the victory, Hudson improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Menomonie (Menomonie, WI) to confront the Mustangs in a Big Rivers challenge on Friday, January 19. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 14-2. Menomonie won 56-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Holmen (Holmen, WI)
Next up, the Macks confront the Osseo-Fairchild Thunder (Osseo, WI) in a Cloverbelt - West challenge, on Thursday, January 18. McDonell Central will attempt to improve on its 15-1 season record. The Thunder come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 52-40 non-league win over Black River Falls (Black River Falls, WI).
