Ohio High School Basketball - Kalida overwhelms St. John's
January 16, 2024: Delphos, OH 45833 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kalida Wildcats (Kalida, OH) and the host St. John's Bluejays (Delphos, OH), saw Kalida's basketball squad wallop St. John's by a tally of 70-34.
With the victory, Kalida improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Holgate (Holgate, OH) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Holgate won 46-24 in their recent league challenge against North Central (Pioneer, OH)
Next up, the Bluejays confront the Parkway Panthers (Rockford, OH) in a Midwest challenge, on Thursday, January 18. St. John's will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 49-26 non-league win over Botkins (Botkins, OH).
