Washington High School Basketball - Silas tops Curtis
January 16, 2024: University Place, WA 98466 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Silas Rams (Tacoma, WA) and the host Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA), saw Silas's basketball squad knock off Curtis by a count of 40-20.
With the victory, Silas upgrades its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Lakes (Lakewood, WA) to play the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 19. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Lakes lost 47-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Stadium (Tacoma, WA)
Next up, the Vikings play the Sumner Spartans (Sumner, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Curtis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 42-11 non-league win over South Kitsap (Port Orchard, WA).
