Florida High School Soccer - Oviedo knocks off Gateway
January 16, 2024: Kissimmee, FL 34744 Oviedo Lions (Oviedo, FL) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Gateway Panthers (Kissimmee, FL), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Bishop Moore Hornets (Orlando, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Oviedo will attempt to better on its 11-0 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL).
The Panthers now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harmony for a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18.
