In Thursday's league contest, the visiting George Washington Eagles basketball team scored a good 57-49 triumph over the Academy at Palumbo Griffin.

The Eagles (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hill Freedman World Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The go into the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Hill Freedman World Academy topped Kensington (Philadelphia, PA), 52-46, in a non-league contest.
