The Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT) basketball edged the visiting Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT), 53-52 in Thursday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rivendell Academy for a Southern Vermont - C bout on Saturday, January 18. Twin Valley will play a team coming off a 69-35 non-league loss to Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT). The record now stands at 1-9.
